It’s probably no surprise to hear that I’m a bit of a fashion lover, Livifanzine is in fact dedicated to my world of fashion and its something I’ve been interested in for a number of years now.

Living in London, it’s an incredible place to enjoy fashion and experience the great fashion diversity which is so celebrated in the capital.

I think it’s healthy to experiment with different trends when it comes to fashion which is why I’ll always give something a go, from frilled trousers to corset waists, I’ve tried it all.

Being a fashion blogger, there are a few things I have learnt over the years, take a look at some of my top tips below.

Legs or boobs

This is something my teenage-self never grasped but now I know it’s one or the other I feel more confident in my clothing choice.
Going short and skimpy is never a good idea and it’s always best to leave some things to the imagination.

Splurge on Things You Love

Now, I don’t mean spend thousands on a bag and miss your rent payments but if there are certain products you just can’t stop thinking about; buy it.

There is nothing worse than the regret of not purchasing something so save up if you need to and enjoy your purchase, guilt free.

VPL’s are not OK

Some trends are brining VPL’s back but for me, this is a big NO.

As stated above, leave some things to the imagination and this includes what underwear you’ve chosen to wear today.

Go for a Bra Fitting

I cannot stress this enough; your entire wardrobe and shopping habits will change when you get expertly fitted. There are a number of department stores and lingerie shops and boutiques who offer this service, usually free of change and I bet you’ll discover you’ve been wearing the wrong bra size for years.

Never Throw Anything Away
I’ve learnt this the hard way.

Fashion has an odd way of coming full circle so those beloved popper tracksuit trousers you had as a 15-year-old are suddenly the height of fashion and being worn by the likes of Rihanna and Beyoncé.
It can be hard to dismiss clothing as outdated and uncool but trust me when I tell you to put it in the attic and revisit it I n 10 years’ time.

Hunt for the Perfect Jeans

I love denim but finding a decent pair of jeans can be one of life’s biggest challenges.
High street stores such as Topshop, River Island and Zara do nice, on-trend jeans but you vary rarely find your go-to jeans here. You’ll need to invest a little more in say Levi’s or Cheap Monday’s but once you find them they’ll become the only pair you wear and it will 100% be worth the money.

So there you have some of my top fashion tips.
